Everything we bake – from big loaves and sesame rolls to rye bread – is made with sourdough, cold-proofed, and baked in a stone oven
Croissants and pastry
Our croissant dough is laminated with 100% butter, and everything is made from scratch in-house. We adjust our sweet selection to follow the seasons and the ingredients they bring
